About Dr. SchultzDr. Glen Schultz has given his life to educating future generations according to God’s plan for the past 53 years. He began his involvement in education as a chemistry teacher and coach at Gowanda Central School in New York. After five years of teaching in public school, Glen entered the field of Christian school education, where he has served the Lord ever since. He has been a teacher, coach, high school principal, and superintendent during his tenure in Christian schools.
For the past six years, Glen has given his full-time attention to training the next generation of Christian educators on a biblical philosophy of education through Kingdom Education™ Ministries. In 2014, he completed nine years serving as an associate pastor at Sherwood Baptist Church and Headmaster of Sherwood Christian Academy. Prior to this, Glen directed the Christian school work at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, TN, for nine years. Prior to this, he served as the Association of Christian Schools International Southeast Regional Director for seven years. Glen is the author of Kingdom Education: God’s Plan for Educating Future Generations and several parenting booklets including A Parent’s Greatest Joy, Home Invasion, Shepherding, 20/20 Vision and Contaminated Water. He has conducted seminars throughout the United States and several foreign countries. He has served as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he is the founder and director of Kingdom Education™ Ministries. He received his BA degree from Roberts Wesleyan College and his MEd and EdD at the University of Virginia. Glen was licensed into Christian ministry at Thomas Road Baptist Church in 1980 and ordained at First Baptist Church, Snellville, GA, in 1996. He has been married to his wife, Sharon, for 52 years and has three children and six grandchildren. |
